Imperial Sales and Consultancy is a team of dedicated, knowledgable and professional new build property consultants. They required a straight forward, professional website that showed their experience and services.

Building the concept.
Imperial Sales and Consultancy’s main aim was to show their experience and knowledge in the field of the new homes industry.
They wanted a website that was professional and approachable, but also wanted a feel to the website that represented a light, country-like feel.
The most important aspect of the website was to show potential clients, multi-million (if not billion) pound new homes companies, their experience in the field and how their expertise can improve the output of a new development of homes. It was vital that the website was easy to navigate and simple to understand, so we organised the website for it to flow simply with easy navigation for a great user experience.
The website is optimised for speed and fast loading times. Alongside our super-fast hosting, the website, according to our most recent tests, loads within 1.5 seconds, meaning that users are retained and engaged as soon as the website shows on their device.
We also provided Imperial Sales with business email, so all members of staff and enquiries go straight to a dedicated mailbox and existing clients can reach the team with ease. We also managed the domain transfer process from 123-reg to our self-hosted service, meaning everything is under one roof.
Outcomes.
The results for SJSPainting have been really positive so far.
Not only has this added another level of professionalism to their business, but the website is attracting more visitors from social media and search engines.
Over 20% of the web traffic, as of May 2021, is coming from organic search. Considering this website is only a month old, that’s a fantastic statistic and is one that will continue to grow with the business.

We used videos on the website to bring it to life and add some character to it. These videos can be found across the website, and describe visually the services and attention to detail that the company has.
