Supply Services is a property maintenance company based in Scarborough, servicing clients across the North of England. With 30 years of experience in project management and procurement, Supply Services also offer Kitchens, Bathrooms and Landscape Design. Working alongside landlords and agents, Supply Services focus on delivering well-presented properties, combining their portfolio of skills and purchasing abilities to stay competitive.

Building the concept.
Supply Services reached out to Reason8 for one reason: to create a new, professional, approachable website for their property maintenance business.
By their own admission, their previous website was not up to the job, both aesthetically and for promoting their services.
The most important aspect of the website was to show the services that Supply Services offer. Not only property maintenance, but bathrooms, kitchens and landscape design.
The website had to be simple to navigate and understand, with a thin page depth, allowing potential customers and partners to find important information with ease.
The website is optimised for speed and fast loading times. Alongside our super-fast hosting, the website, according to our most recent tests, loads within 1.7 seconds, meaning that users are retained and engaged as soon as the website shows on their device.
We also provided Supply Services with business email, so all members of staff and enquiries go straight to a dedicated mailbox and existing clients can reach the team with ease. We also managed the domain transfer process from IONOS to our self-hosted service, meaning everything is under one roof.

Outcomes.
Operating within a relatively small area and market, Supply Services main aim was to get traffic to the website and keep users engaged.
Users grew by 800% and the total sessions grew by 366%, with 14% of users returning to the website either to view further content or enquire about a service. This is around 9% higher than the previous website that Supply Services had.

After appointment we were quickly presented with ideas and options for the project. Following a couple of clarification meetings the site was ready to go live.
