Building the concept.

Employment International required a brand new website that was both aesthetically-pleasing and easy to use, for both themselves and their clients.

Their previous website contained great information, but it was clunky, unappealing and difficult to use. The website was jam-packed full of unnecessary plugins which slowed down the website, therefore increasing the likelihood of a bounce or someone leaving the site within a few seconds.

We were focused on building a visually-appealing website, that was easy to use and navigate, as well as lightweight and fast to access. The website’s content is now a lot cleaner and broken up in to more manageable chunks for the user, therefore increasing average session durations and decreasing bounce rates.

We tied in the colours from Employment International’s existing branding to give the website a consistent look, and we even re-designed their logo to make it spin!

Finally, we embedded the job board from their software directly on to the site, saving time and allowing people to securely apply for jobs online.

Outcomes.

Employment International now have a website that they can be proud to show to their candidates and corporate clients. It’s now much easier for people to navigate through the website, find appropriate information, contact the team and to upload their CV.
