Balloonatics contacted Reason8 to revamp their old, outdated, non-functional website. Their aim was to not only have a much better design, but to show off the two sides of their business: their decorative services, and their party shop, where people can buy online and collect from the shop.

Building the concept.

Balloonatics’s old website did and had everything of a poor website; insecure, slow and and old, boring design. This was something we wanted to fix, and so the concept moving forward was to give the website a classy yet approachable look to visitors.

The previous website also wasn’t that informative. Balloonatics’s most profitable service is their balloon decoration services for various events and occasions, so packing the website full of information and the different decorative services was vital to not only the website’s SEO, but giving customers the right choice which increases the chance of a conversion.

Another side to the business is the actual party shop, selling anything from balloons to party accessories. So, the website also had to have an eCommerce side, where customers could pay for items online and collect them from the shop, including fireworks.


Balloonatics now an information-packed website that is built to equip customers with information on the services they offer and the products they sell. Within 24 hours of launch, the website was already generating enquiries for their services.
