What does a website cost?
Every project is quoted after a short call, because the price depends on how many pages you need, how complex the functionality is, and how much of the content we’re writing. Most projects sit in the low-to-mid four figures. You’ll have a clear idea of the number on the first call, not two weeks later.
How long does it take?
Typically from 15 working days for a straightforward build, longer for larger sites. The biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side, and we’ll tell you at the start exactly what we need from you and when.
What if I don't like the design?
You’ll see the design in Figma before a line of code is written, and we revise it until it’s right. That’s the point of designing first — changing a design takes minutes, changing a built site doesn’t. If it’s still not right after a redesign, we refund the design phase.
Who actually does the work?
The person who takes your first call is the person who designs your site, builds it, and answers the phone when something needs changing in two years. No account managers, no handovers, nothing lost between people. Development is handled by Luke, who has worked with me since 2023.
Do I own the website?
Yes, entirely, from day one. Hosting, domain, files and analytics are all in your name. If you ever want to move to another agency or bring it in-house, we hand everything over cleanly and without a fuss.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No, it’s never a condition of working together. Care plans start at £99+VAT a month, or £89+VAT on a 12-month sign-up, and cover updates, security, backups and ongoing improvements. Most clients take one because they’d rather not think about it, but you’re free to host and maintain the site wherever you like.
